I am male of 55 year old .i have been suffering from arm pain since 6 mnth before sometime this pain in both arm but recently only in one arm .some time in night I feel smoke in my near heart I don't excite place after this sometime at night I feel pain in pain in arm this pain spread arm to neck in right hand why it is happens please suggest me.
