I have pcod for the last 6 months and I have been taken hyponidd, during and before my periods I get too much diarrhoea and loose motions. During my periods, I have to go to the washroom to release blood otherwise it starts to pain. What is the cure? Why does this happen?

Pls do sonography pelvis to see if there is fibroid/ adenomyosis which can cause pain.

If during pds pain and heavy bleeding take tab trapic mf one tab 3 times a day for 3 days. For loose motions take gut ok twice a day. Adv. To rpt usg.

Hi. I understand your problem. Pcod is very difficult to be treated. There is no particular treatment for it. Still research is going on. But there are few combination drugs like hormonal and non hormonal treatment shows few symptoms improved. - the treatment you have started with hyponidd is some herbal medicine. - life style modification is very important. Eating healthy (low fat, oily food and avoiding fast food etc) and doing exercise for 1-2 hours everyday.- I need few investigations thyroid test, cbp and usg pelvis scan. your height weight and last period details too. Are the periods regular since these 6 months? Stop that hyponidd and see for one or 2 months if the symptoms present or stopped. For few these symptoms will be there during periods for first 1/2 days of cycle. U should treat them symptomatically. So please consult me online I can treat accordingly. Follow up with these tests then we can plan your treatment accordingly.
