I am 23 years old and I have pimples so many on my back. And now they become scars. And also have a breast pain on left side of breast for the past few days. please tell me some solutions to my problems.

Dear user, back acne can be caused due to wearing tight fitting clothes or by not washing the workout clothes and repeated usage of these clothes. Even the undergarments have to be washed regularly and should not be too tight. Best option will be to switch to cotton loose fitting clothes for a while and you can see the acne reduce. For the breast pain, it is better to self examine in front of a mirror or visit a physician who can examine to identify the cause of the pain.
