I am taking 2 medicines krimson 35 and optimoz-plus. But not feeling well and my last periods date 24 march. Last 5 days phele maine tvs lower stomach ultrasound bhi karwaya pcod nikla. But mai pregnant hona chahti hu or ye medicine bhi mujhe suit nhi kr rahi vomit headache rehta h to kya ye medicine theek h mere liye? And mai ise lete hue conceive kar sakti hu pregnant ho sakti hu? Please suggest.

Hi lybrate-user. Krimson is a contraceptive (birth control pills) so if you want to conceive you should stop using these. I need few details abou your last period date and when did you start using krimson and last dose date? I understand your problem. Pcod is very difficult to be treated. There is no particular treatment for it. Still research is going on. But there are few combination drugs like hormonal and non hormonal treatment shows few symptoms improved. But for infertility ,treatment will be different. Directly we give medicine for conceiving not to regularise your cycles. So first you decide which one you want to go with? - life style modification is very important. Eating healthy (low fat, oily food and avoiding fast food etc) and doing exercise for 1-2 hours everyday for pcod. - I need few investigations thyroid test, cbp and usg pelvis scan. your husband semen analysis. Follow up with these tests then we can plan your treatment accordingly.
