My son having cough from 2 weeks and mild fever from yesterday. I have consulted online and suggest to give syrup mucolite 3 time day syrup allried ones a day .and calpol 250 every six hours we are giving these medicines from 10th of may .but still cough there but little little and since yesterday night he has fever 101.4 and I give him calpol last night and again this morning 99.4 fever but no difficulty in breathing and child quite active. Please suggest me if there any need to rush hospital. Because of cavity only big hospital are open and I don't want to go there because of catching infection. Waiting for your valuable advice and if any doc near me I can come to your clinic. I live in south delhi hauz khas thank you.
