I was suffering from fungal infection, n I was taking itraconazole 100 mg twice for 14 days n was using ketoconazole 2% cream. I got relief but now it is coming again and now I am using cream. I am getting small white watery pimples on that particular area. So what's the reason and suggest some good cream.

That's because you will have to take fungal tablets for long course (as per a dermatologist advice, you should stop the tablet only when we ask you to) you should not stop abruptly and well there r certain instructions you should follow when you have fungal infection kindly send me clinical photographs for treatment suggestions.
