Hi, I have grain type of rashes for over a month now. Most of the grains are small but a few are a little big having blisters with fluid in it. These are rarely dense but really itchy and all over the body. I have tried neem leaves in bathwater and paste of it ,it keeps it under control but it does not go away. I also tried jalim lotion and lobate-gm but didn't get any help.

It can be because of dermatitis/ eczema or allergy or dryness or fungal infection or psoaiasis etc. I need details of case n preferably pics of affected area.
