I am having pcod. And I am taking homeopathic treatment since from 3 months for irregular periods. And now due to lighten I am having 1 month gap of medicines. N from last 2-3 months I am not having proper periods. This month I got period on proper date but only spotting for 10 days and after 10 days m having excess bleeding from 10 days n it's not stopping. My homeopathy Dr. gave me recently 1 allopathy tablet (methergin) to stop. Which it did not stop yet. What should I do now to stop bleeding.

start tab ovaral g , one tablet daily at the same time. Methergin will not help. Get an ultrasound done

What is your age please married or unmarried urine preg test to be done or you may go for usg. If upt negative you may take trenexa tab 1.1.1 for 5 days. You may start syr. M2tone. In pcod you may require hormonal treatment.

Hi Lybrate user, please get a proper gynaec checkup and ultrasonography. For bleeding take primolut n 5 mg thrice a day for 7-10 days, and tranexa mf for five days. Bleeding will stop do not take methergin. U will have a withdrawal after this and then start yasmin one of for 21 days. Take this for six cycles. And then get evaluated by a gynaec.
