Osmf iii diagnosed by dentist. Lot of ,lower lips and upper lip ulcers, round uppish transparent and depression in the middle, growing in size daily. Burning in the cheeks with white patches and bands. Severe burning sensation. Lot mouth watering and dry mouth under the tongue bluish like veins seen and painful sides of 1/3rd sides of tongue. Red patches under the tongue. Please advise medications for cure please. Thank you Lybrate.
