My wife is mental disorder. Since last 10 years she is taking either sonorum or half la injection (oil based 50 mg) every 21 days cycle. This injection is easily available in gujarat but presently she is stuck up in mumbai due to lighten. Above injections are unavailable in mumbai, so will you please suggest any such suitable medicine which is available in mumbai. Inj. Serenace is not suitable.

You can try to order online or ensure you visit the medical shop of one of the bigger municipal/ government hospitals in mumbai in the vicinity of where she lives. E.g.
