My wife is an epilepsy patient from past 3 years. She have epilepsy at night ,for controlling she is taking levera 500. At night. Sometimes she become unconscious in day for 1-2 minutes, and then becomes normal, in unconsciousness she become unable to understand anything, and do some gesture, so please suggest me some medicine or another way to recover from this,

Hi Lybrate ,this loc with some gesturing could be part of subtle seizures occurring. Levera alone is not sufficient for her seizure. She needs evaluation by an eeg and mri ,so we can pick a right diagnosis and medicine for her.
