Hello Doctors! My Question is about morning breakfast. Please suggest me a few combination of foods which I can take as my king size breakfast and start my day with a positive note. Currently I m taking combination of banana, egg and milk. But sometimes having the same breakfast daily feels irritating.

Hello. The options for breakfast should consists of more of carbohydrate. Never take eggs and milk together as both of them are complete food and can't be absorbed by the system at the same time, so give at least an hour of gap between the two or else make combination like - cornflakes with milk, muesli with milk, bread & omelet, oatmeal & milk, Bread & butter, potato sandwiches, vegetable sandwiches, fresh toast, idli-chutney-sambar, masala-dosa, uttapam, bread pizza, suji upma, bread upma, poha, paav-bhaji, dhokla, egg pancakes, fruit-salad, fruit-custard, bread-roll and many more options are good option!
