Hi, i'm muthu, 35 yrs. I've severe ibs problem for last 8 years. Earlier I can able to manage but now my health become worst. Food are not properly digested and loose pee then constipation also. I'm feeling more tired and unable to do regular my work 3 years ago I had colospa retard 200 mg/normaxin mb 200 mg for 20 days - then my health improved. But now my health condition worst. Now also i'm continuing normaxin mb 200 mg but more constipation and my health not improved. What to do to relieve from my problem. And also i've no mental stress, sleep well, regularly taking food with correct time manner. Please guide.
