Hi, my friend wants to conceive naturally with pcos, her husband has 50percent sperm motility, she has pcos since 2 years, she is taking ayurvedic treatment for pcod and low sperm count. But still she is getting irregular period, her fallopian tubes are not blocked. Is this possible to conceive naturally? Her husband taking ashwagandha and other medicines. please suggest.
