hello sir I have abdominal pain epigastric pain tightness in abdomen. Lot of gas passing. When I stretch my abdomen it pains in whole abdomen. Some tym pain very high till seconds. Anywhere when I press abdomen it pain high. M very disturbed please help. I am sharing my ct scan report. What test should I done. I taken lot of alcohol before but not now .please help. Always flatus passes nd something is cutting in abdomen type pain. Ct scan shows hepatic stenosis. Mild serum amylase level up nd down. Lipase normal.
