See in 6 month old baby with cough n no fever. Its mainly viral in origin. No need of antibiotics. Only best way to manage it is nebulization regularly with normal saline round the clock. Thats all.

Hi, at the age of 6 month, cough is mainly of viral origin. If there is no fever and difficulty in breathing then nebulize the child with normal saline or levolin 0.63 mg twicw or thrice a day.
