My Wife 30 years Old having 2 kids, from past few months she is complaining very frequently that she feels Dizziness/feels she is falling when waking up or on standing. Went to couple of doctors, They said it could be due to Anxiety Neurosis. And given her Spinfree/Vertin 24 medicines. Still she is not comfortable and keeps on complaining on same issue. Please advice.

She needs to rule out orthostatic hypotension, which clers off if she sits for ten minutes before standing up. Second is check her EEG.Graph of brain/ Thirdly check her Hormonal assay including Serum Cortisol level 11pm & 6AM. Get her ECG Full lood check including her HB and Sugar Profile/Thyroid profile/ She needs to tone up her muscles and relax if due to anxiety.

But before all this a vital thing is being missed. Stop all drugs and see an ent for good maneuver to diagnose and cure .It looks an ent prob mainly as of now !
