I have a pot belly. My body is not very fat, but rather thin. I am 6" 2 and 90 kgs. The only part where I have fat is in my belly and it is quite big. I had once tried strict dieting about 2 years ago where I had a keto diet (vegetarian - like paneer items) + 1 swimming in the morning + 1 hour gym in the evening - mostly cardio. I was able to lose 6 kgs in a month. However, my belly remained the same although my face became thinner due to the diet. currently I am doing intermittent fasting of 16-8 hours. I would like to know what dietary changes I can follow to help lose the belly fat. Can I have just whey protein instead of food at night although I don't work out? I do light stretches in the morning.
