I just have a general question pertaining to pregnancy. I was wondering if a woman only have one ovary left but no uterus, fallopian tubes or cervix, is it still possible for her to get pregnant? If not what else could be causing symptoms of early pregnancy?

No. Early pregnancy symptoms are very vague symptoms and are common ones. Many problems have same symptoms like gas/acidity or GERD or gastritis or IBS etc
