I am having mirtazapine 7.5 mg a day with the recommendation of a physiatrist. It is due to I have a frequent episodes of insomnia earlier. But also after having this medication, it is easy to get into sleep but I waked up about 4_5 times during night. The duration between waking up and sleeping is just about a minute. But I feel my days difficult. I want to have a normal sleep. What might be your recommendations? I do not have such a significant stress during this time.

Your sleeplessness. Sleeping pills are addictive and have adverse side effects. Your insomnia may be due several reasons like mental exertion, worry, depression, overwork, continuous exposure to computer/ mobile screen and other health problems. Avoid sleep during daytime. Have early and light dinner so that the food is digested before you go to bed. Don?t do any concentrated mental work thereafter so that your mind is calm and quiet when you go to bed and lingering thoughts in mind don?t disturb your sleep. Keep your bed room comfortably cooler. Have a good night sleep. If you still have problem, homeopathy has very good solution. No side effects. No addiction. Please take homeopathic medicine Arsenic album 200-once daily in the evening for 5 days. You take some time to overcome the habit of sleeping pills.
