I didn't started taking medicine but I started exercising. During the last 11 months there were changes in my menstrual cycle,(like it stopped for 2 months and next month it's normal. Now when I started exercising i'm getting my periods daily without any gap. Now what can I do to lose my weight and for regular periods. Thank you!
