I've got 2 lumps under my chin like on my neck must be lymph nodes and one is the size of a pea and the other one is just a little bit bigger they hurt a bit when I move my head to left and right sometimes and they hurt when I lift my head up and I thinks it's because i've been feeling ill with a soar throat should I be concerned?
