I am 20 year girl my skin is fair and very sensitive n also allergic to sun. But now it has become very dull, their is not glow at all. Near nose I feel very dry, n also on forehead and chin area. Dark circles n pimples are also there. I use cetaphil cleanser, neutrogena spf 50 sunscreen. But I didn't saw any change. I eat healthy food, no oily at all, no sweets, drink plenty of water regularly, I also do surya namakar every morning. But my skin is facing these issues. I need healthy, glowing face as earlier. Please do guide me I need homeopathic advice as this has no side effect as my skin is sensitive please do help.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from readymade gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe Vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Stop using soap on face. Instead take a spoon of milk, add a pinch of turmeric (haldi). Mix n apply on face with the help of cotton. Leave for a few minutes then wash off. Apply moisturizer like coconut oil. Use some sunblock with SPF (at least 50) every time you go out in sun.
