I am 22 years old male, I am having moderate cough and cold since 1 month. I took medicine kefpad and ascoril as prescribed by doctor, it became low but after few days I ate ice cream and cool drinks, it again came back, can you please recommend me medicines readily available anywhere as due to lighten.
