Can a man be infertile if he has uti and he treated it when he starts discovering blood in his urine?

Uti is urinary tract infection. It has nothing to do with fertility. The organs and systems for both the disease are different. So you cannot be infertile if you have uti.

No. There is no correlation with the blood in urine and infertility. But of course cause has to be known so that treatment can be done.
