I have two babies 1st is my daughter and 2nd is my son after the birth of my 2nd baby my stomach has come very outside looks as if i m 5 mnths pregnant is there any way or medicine which can reduce my fat stomach i dont want to loose my body weight but only want a flat stomach like i had before is it possible then pls help me my 2nd baby is 19 mnths old and i have stopped breast feeding i really want a flat stomach it dissapoints me when my husband tells me about my stomach.

You should do regular exercise, kapal bharti yoga, eat sprouts daily, whole legumes like chana, masoor, mung etc instead of polished dals, more protein, 4-5 cups of green tea, small and frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. More we can plan your customised diet.
