Hello I am 28 years old female, I am in 7th month of pregnancy it's my second pregnancy and I have a horrible back pain it's only one side that is left side, pain is slightly below my back, in my scanning report placenta is low lying, is it normal to have low lying placenta what precautions should I take and can I use heat pad for back pain at this time pls suggest.

It is called pregnancy induced back ache and you will have severe pain in the lower back especially there will be more gap in the lower back and bed which should be filled by strengthening the abdominal muscles and after your delivery use the post maternity corset should be worn to build the muscle tone. Apply heat back. It will be helpful.
