I have severe acne vulgaris on my skin since 5 years and black spots as well I have visited several dermatologist and they have just did experiment on my face making it look dark and ugly. I am using melamate as of now if I don't use it for 2/3 days then my skin again becomes dark and acne comes back. I get acne on my chest and in armpit as well I am frustrated please help me.

Hello, I'm guessing melamate is self medicated. In the long term it will cause so much damage that no dermatologist can help. If you don't trust doctors you can Google search for side effects of contents of melamate. You may reply if you are convinced and are willing to stop melamate permanently.
