Hello doctor, I noticed that my testicles are not in place where they should be. The left one is okay but the right one is moving upwards. I am confused if it is a dislocation or is it normal?

Hello- if you don't experience any kind of pain or discomfort then it is absolutely normal. The movement of your right testicle is due to contraction of the cremaster muscle, which retracts the testicle up from the scrotum. This muscle can sometimes be over active and can give rise to discomfort in the testicle and groin during sexual arousal and ejaculation.
