We have been married since 5 years and due to my problem of erectile dysfunction, we planned to go iui .we have done 2 cycles of iui so for and both resulted in failure. I have sperm concentration of 110 million with sperm motility of 70% .my wife is not having any blockage in fallopian tube too .since letrozole was causing some side effects to my wife in first iui, for the second iui we tried without any medication but follicle was good enough in size to get ruptured. We really thought this time good result but she got periods today .iui is making our life into depression and stress as every day we count with fear and stress once the ovulation crossed. Why iui is giving such a failure result though my sperm count is good and my wife is also normal in fertility. My age is 34 and my wife age is 32. What option we have other than iui. We are too afraid to go ivf .so any other option?
