I am 38 unmarried female suffering from heavy painful periods from almost 6 years. At time of period I feel breathlessness but when periods over breathlessness over & from last 2 years my 3 days periods increased to 6 days. And from 8 months spotting from 5 days a month now it 15 days a month. Nausea ultrasound always come out normal normal tsh. Doctor says its due to age hormones are changing and she put me on yamini for six months. My hormones are always problem for me is it really this is due to age related (perimenopause) .if yes how long.
