My father had an accident 1 year ago in which blood came out of his right side ear and later on it was found that the ear drum was damage and he could not hear from that ear. I wanted to purchase hearing device for him. I just wanted to know whether I can buy a standard device or I have to consult a doctor before purchasing such device.
