I am a ca final student. I study for around 12-15 hrs a day approx (including 6-8 hrs of computer time, for classes). Is there anything I can use for my eyes to relax them in the night?

Warm compress is a great way to relax your eye muscles and relieve dry eyes after a long day of staring at computer screens and books. For this method, dip a soft, clean cloth into warm water (not hot) and find a comfortable place to lie down. Close your eyes and place the warm cloth over your eyelids. Let's have a detailed discussion for better advice and healthy lifestyle.
