1. To combat acne and black spots, you have to consume at least 3 liters of water daily. Make a face pack: add 2 spoons (tsp) of sandalwood powder, 1 spoon of multani mitti and a pinch each of turmeric
powder and neem
powder to rose water and add 3-4 drops of lemon juice.
2. Make a homogenous paste and apply to full face. Once it gets dry, wash the face. Always use a mild face wash. Taking fruits like oranges and apples is essential. Stay away from spicy and oily food and also avoid drinking tea/coffee.
