I am having cerebral palsy spastic type also having pain in si joint hip area for last 3 years, as per latest report my uric acid was 7.4 and in October it was 6.9 & vitamin d 35. I have taken uprise 60k for about a month, should I need to take medicine for high uric acid also? Since last few days I am feeling burning sensation during & after urination. Is this due to high uric acid levels. Please advice?

Burning symptoms during micturition can be due to urine infection. You need to get it tested along with usg of kub. You can read about diet for patients with high uric acid and repeat the level 1-2 monthly. Need to see for other risk factors as well.
