My daily routine is wake up at 7 am leave my home 8.am and go to office. Mostly skip by breakfast. 1 pm lunch and 7 pm off from duty. Then finally 9 pm reach to home and take dinner at 9.30 pm. Drink two tea in office time. I just want to tell you I felt very bitter gas comes outside from my stomach through my mouth in evening it hurt at my throat area and also burn my chest inside. What is it why I feel daily after office timing it gave lot of pain to me. How can I cure that. Please tell me a well diet plan for me according to my office timing what should I do or what not?
