I hav been aborted 4months back because of low AFI. Since then I have not experienced my malnutrition/period cycle. How much time/ period it take/requires for 1st cycle post abortion?

If, in past, you were mensruating regularly, you should have first period within 45-50 days of the abortion. But you have not menstruated for 4 months, so you need to see a gynaecologist. Possible causes: Pregnancy, anovulation,hypeeprolactenemia, hormonal disturbances e.g. Hypothyroidism etc..

It usually comes back within 1 or 2 months. As it is delayed beyond this I would advice you to do a urine pregnancy test first.
