I am 18 years old student .i have a sleeping illness. During my sleeping at the time of just before wake up when I try to wake up, I can?t .i feel something holds me in the bed .at that time I feel I wake up from sleep but cannot move any body part of my body. This problem starts since 2 years. It occurs at least once in a month. I am afraid of this. Sir,please tell me what is the disease.
