I'm getting excessive gas inside stomach and my mouth is smelling bad sometimes. Burping and gas release. My joints hurt sometimes and then pain goes away in a day. My fingers get swollen, jammed and paining and goes away in a day. I feel numb pain under my toe. It also goes away in a day. This is repeating again and again. If I masturbate any day by chance, these symptoms aggravate. I'm not getting sound sleep and sleep is very disturbed. Feeling weak and unmotivated. Very less energy.
