Hello, I used a dermaroller on my face of 2 mm needle length. I thought I would be in home for rest 3 days but after like 15-20 hours I had not move out of my home unfortunately. I cover my face with a cloth but after 3-4 days. I got some dark small patches on my skin. How should I work on it? Please let me know if its temporary or permanent.
