Hi! I have some self concern, I do an exercise everyday 4 times and I do it for almost 7 years and started when I was 15. I am now 22 and when I do this exercise I am pressing my forehead to floor, and I do it to achieve elastic backbone it is almost like yoga exercise. My question is can pressing my forehead for 20 seconds 4 times a day and doing it years affect forehead grown forward? Cause I started notice my brown bone got a bit forward.

Dear, patient one thing you must have to admit that till 18 your body is more flexible and as it ages the muscles and bones start to mature. And the body weight also grows very fast. And as per your statement it is not advisable for the person to compress his head to floor for more than 5-10 seconds. The more you will keep it down the more likely compression on cervical bones will be increasing and may result in osteophytes generation due to loaded compression and might result in cervical spondylosis or compressed neck. Pls try to reduce the compression downwards or leave it for better results.
