Patient complains of anxiety and dysphoria and is on paroxetine 62.5 mg and olanzapine 5 mg for last 2 years. He is not responding to other antidepressants. Although in 2 years he has progressed much, he still needs an additional mood enhancer to be added. Doctor has recently tried tb arcalion 200 mg (sulbutiamine) which did not work plus increased anxiety. Thus is there any other promising nootropil which can be used for mood upliftment?
