1.Hemorrhoid occurs when veins of Rectum and anus are inflamed because of raised intra abdominal pressure 2. It is due to chronic constipation, Low fiber diet, heavy weight lifting, obesity, pregnancy, lack of physical activity, prolonged sitting, standing. 3.Hemorrhoid may be internal when it occurs inside rectum and external when it occurs below the skin around anus 4. It causes pain and bleeding per anus when passing stool 5. Apply proctosedyl ointment 2-3 times daily before and after passing stool. 6.Sit in a bath tub containing warm water for some time twice daily (sitz bath) 7.Take two tea spoonful of softovac/Naturolax powder with a glass of warm water in the evening to soften your stool 8..Take fiber containing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits. 9.
