From 4 days bleeding in stool. What might be the reason. What medication should I take.

1.you might have developed haemorrhoids due to chronic constipation or straining at stools. 2. Pls meet a surgeon if possible 3. Take syp lactulose 15 ml twice daily. Its a laxative. 4. If its paining while passing stools you might have an anal fissure. Apply lignocaine gel locally to reduce pain. 5. Please take stool softeners/laxatives for some days and do not strain while passing stools. 6. 80% haemorrhoids can be managed conservatively. Surgery needed only when it is grade 3/4 haemorrhoids.
