I have done a artificial ligament construction for my right knee 6 years back. I still have pain and I have not done physiotherapy properly. I play football and I do running also. But my extension of right knee compared to left knee is low and right knee always swells if I run. I did physiotherapy with trainers for some time also but it has not extended now. I use to keep pillow under the knee during my post surgery rest. Kindly help if I need to undergo surgery again or can I regain my ability with physiotherapy.
