due to over pressure .. or iff uhh dnt sleep well at night or or if ur mind is occupied with soo many thoughts .. and ur not relaxed by ur mind .. for more details consult me online

You may be sensitive to cold/ open air. Try to walk for at least 15 minutes in open air before school, it might confirm you that it is the reason or not. You can cover your head if it is so, else it can be due to stress/ oversleeping/ less sleep or digestion problems as well. For acne use baksons s-cure.
