Sir I am 45 years old male and suffering from cervical spondylitis from last some years. Mri says that the problem is in c4, c5 and c6. Three fingers of my left hand bec are numb. And problem is progressing in right hand .i have pain in right arm. And fingers of hand are becoming numb. I have no pain in neck or any vertigo. But I am getting less and less control on nature calls. Doctors told me for operation. Please tell me some alternatives to get cured. I have taken physiotherapy but found no satisfaction. Coordination of body is not good. Also please tell me side effects of operation.

I'll suggest you to try lifestyle changes alongside physiotherapy such issues develop due to long term negligence of the body n a faulty posture so it will take a lot if time to cure that too only if you are dedicated enough to be healthy again or else get operated n rest in bed.
