Why newborn baby is not drinking milk however, mother has sufficient amount of milk. It is becoming some challenge while feeding her but after some struggle she feeds. The concern how can we know that she has enough milk in her stomach and her stomach is not empty.

Hi, congratz on your motherhood. A new born baby is like flower, dont take too much of pressure on to her. the baby will have her tummy filled in a very few sucks. hence dont worry about that. the only thing you should keep in mind is that you have to feed your baby for every 1 1/2 to 2 hours. this will keep the baby hydrated too and also keeps his stomach full. watch the stools, if its abnormal seek peadiatrician.
