Hi doctor, my son aged 35 years staying abroad had uti 3 years back and suffered recurrence 5 times thereafter and treated with antibiotics. Recently all the required blood, urine tests were done and all results were negative. The bacteria is e.coli. Pl advice preventive medicine for uti in ayurveda, homeopathy or allopathy.
