I am diabetic from last 3 years ,currently using medicine piozer g30/2 od before breakfast ,my fasting glucose level was 138 and random. Was 171 with this medication bp ranges mostly 116/76 .i am obese and 58 years old, I am feeling pain on my chest from last month I went for ecg Dr. after seeing ecg report prescribed me anti anxiety for one week after that I recovered but the same symptoms appeared after one month chest pain and it left arm pain .what should I do ?should I take aspirin for heart .as one month before I was advised to take atenolol and aspirin my bp shouted at that time but it is now in 116/76 range from. Last month .kindly guide me.

You are 58 and do not have any comorbidities so I would suggest you please try to keep your blood glucose within normal range. So better you consult your treating physician or diabetologist again and get yourself evaluted. If still you are worried about your heart problem then you can also take a consultation from a cardiologist there is nothing harm in taking opinion from a qualified doctors.
